By accessing or using the HubGZ service at hubgz.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Legend Z is a 2D/3D/AI drama animation streaming platform with a hybrid model — combining Premium subscription and a points wallet to unlock content. We provide short-episode animation content, updated regularly.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You may not share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Premium plans are billed on a monthly or annual cycle.
• Purchased Points have no cash value and are non-refundable.
• Premium plan refunds are only considered within 7 days of purchase if no Premium content has been consumed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Legend Z — including films, images, audio, and text — is owned by Legend Z or its licensed partners. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service.
• Uploading content that infringes copyright, incites violence, or discriminates.
• Attempting to breach or damage our systems.
• Using the service for commercial purposes without a separate agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Legend Z is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam.
