How do I create an account?
Click Sign up at top right, enter email + password or sign in with Google. The default free account lets you watch the first episode of every series.
I forgot my password — what now?
Go to the login page → Forgot password, enter your email and follow the reset email. Token expires in 30 minutes.
I want to delete my account and data
Go to Profile → Privacy & data to export your data as JSON or request permanent deletion under GDPR.
How do I enable two-factor authentication (2FA)?
Go to Profile → Security → MFA, scan the QR with an authenticator app (Google/Microsoft/1Password) and save the backup codes in case you lose your device.

What is the difference between free and VIP?
Free: episode 1 + early chapters. VIP: full unlock, offline downloads for text, ad-free, premium AI voices, monthly point bonus.
Which payment methods are supported?
VN: bank transfer via SePay (Vietcombank, Techcombank, MB, ACB…), MoMo wallet. International: PayPal, Stripe (coming soon). All transactions use SSL and CVV is never stored.
Where do I apply a promo code?
On the checkout step after picking a plan, there is a Promo code input. Some campaigns auto-apply when you sign in with the right account.
Refund policy?
Full refund within 7 days of upgrade if less than 10% of VIP time is used. Contact support to request.
How do I disable auto-renew?
Profile → Subscriptions & billing → toggle off Auto-renew. VIP remains active until the end of the paid cycle.

How do I earn points?
Complete daily tasks, level up, write quality comments, buy point packs, or receive via the referral program.
What can I spend points on?
Unlock paid episodes/chapters without VIP, gift creators, redeem limited badges, or tip during watch parties.

Are Vietnamese subtitles available for every show?
Yes. The HubGZ subtitle team works 24/7 so every episode has Vietnamese and English subtitles within 24 hours of release.
Can I download chapters for offline reading?
Yes for VIP members. On the chapter page → ⋯ menu → Save offline. Readable for 30 days without internet.
How does Watch-together work?
Create a room from the watch page and share the invite link. Everyone in the room is synced in playback time, chats live, and can tip points to each other.
What is the maximum video quality?
HubGZ Originals stream at 1080p HDR. Some legacy series are remastered to 4K for VIP+ tier. Bitrate adapts automatically to your network.

How do I report inappropriate content?
Click the ⋯ icon on a comment or post → Report. All reports are reviewed within 12 hours. Abuse of the report system may suspend your account.
I want to become a creator/author on HubGZ
Apply via the Contact page with tag 'Creator Application'. Our team runs a short interview and grants author permissions if a fit.
Can users edit the wiki?
The wiki is currently edited by the HubGZ team and approved creators. The community can suggest edits via Contact.
